At All Wheels Inc, We encourage you to ask many questions about our products, purchasing online and more. We compile and will be updating a list of the most commonly asked questions as seen below.

Question : Why should we buy your products when we see U.S. with more variety and lower prices?
Answer : All Wheels samples products and every employee at All Wheels will be involved in the process of testing riding and analyzing each item to see if its quality can meet our standards. Due to the tremendous amount of "clones" available in the U.S. we work directly from Taiwan factories to get you the best quality and the best prices. Our mini-scooters and other products will stand up to your standards or we would not sell them. We have been in business for over 5 years now and want you to know that you do not have to spend upwards of $2000 for a good fast strong minibike or scooter.

Question : Why cant i just get one from the states, I was told that their scooter is the same or better?
Answer : When importing a scooter or minibike into Canada, it must be registered by the manufacturer and have a number of saftey features. Very few U.S. companies bother to do this for numerous reasons but mainly due to it being very time consuming and expensive. Failure to do so will result in your scooter being seized at the border and in some cases no refunds were given. We do not sell any product that is not registered as motorized recreational vehicle or without these saftey improvements done.

Question : I bought my scooter online and it broke, can you repair it?
Answer : We receive many calls a day asking if we can fix a customers broken "internet scooter". In most cases we can but in a lot of cases we deem it not safe to even ride a "$399 special" or cannot order the parts without contacting the original chinese factory. In many cases we may offer you a discount on a All Wheels scooter or direct you back to the retailer that manufactured the scooter or distributed it. We promise to try our best to get you back on your wheels as we know scooters are no fun sitting still.

Question : How do you ship your products?
Answer : We currently ship worldwide via Purolator and Fedex courier so we can get the product to you as soon as possible. All products are insured and shipped out monday through friday. For local shipping we will be using a local courier which best suits the needs based on location and cost effectiveness.

Question : Do you offer a warranty or replacements?
Answer : We offer a Minimum 30 day Specified warranty of all our products unless they are specified. Please ask at the time of purchase. We will repair or replace defective products. Products must be returned to us in an non-abused state and with complete packaging. Online and retail store sales are final but we will offer warranty services, exchange or credit on unopened unused products.
